About Us

Hi! I'm Lexi, a hockey playing, puppy loving, hiker girl living in the heart of Boston. I was born and raised in New Hampshire, but I'm currently a student at MCPHS University in the graduate Physician Assistant program. I love to travel, country music, cooking, and boxing. I have some big hiking goals including thru hiking the John Muir Trail, summiting Kilimanjaro, and trekking the Tour du Mont Blanc.

Lucy is a four year old American Staffordshire Terrier with more energy than she knows what to do with! I adopted her from MSPCA Boston in July of 2017. She loves peanut butter, her squeaky crocodile toy, and any kind of outdoor activity.

In September of 2017 I broke my neck and my whole life shifted. I suddenly couldn't work, drive, or even walk my dog. It was a pretty difficult time, but it helped me realize that I had been taking many things for granted including being able to spend time outside! Luckily I'm okay now, but I want to make more of an effort to be outdoors and appreciate the world around me because of my experience.

This blog is for me to document our journeys together! I'm a very list motivated person, so we're always working on a few hiking lists, right now namely the New England 67 and the Terrifying 25. We also started a Facebook group for hikers in the Boston area, so anyone is welcome to join us for hikes all around New England!
